BLISTERING RELAY LEG FOR TENNESSEE EARNS PENNSAUKEN’S PREMIER WYNN ALL-AMERICA HONORS AT NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pennsauken’s Premier Wynn earned All-America honors for the first time Wednesday night with a blistering relay leg for Tennessee.

Wynn split 44.89 on the 2nd leg of Tennessee’s 1,600-meter relay team at the NCAA Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore.

Tennessee placed 7th in 3:00.74, breaking the school record of 3:01.22 set by the 2024 team when they placed 5th at the 2024 NCAA Championships on the same track.

The time is No. 23 in the world this year and No. 8 among U.S. teams. This was Wynn’s first NCAA Championships appearance.

Wynn was hurt much of the year and didn’t race between early January and early April. He came back and ran 21.01 and 46.15. He didn’t contest the 400 hurdles at all this year.
