Washington Township sophomore Nia’Leila Cuascut, who PR’d at 14.34 just two days ago at the Tri-County Conference Meet at Delsea [with no wind gauge], lowered her 100-meter hurdles PR to 14.17 Friday at the Gloucester County Showcase at Deptford [without a wind gauge].
Her time would be No. 2 in Gloucester County history if it had a legal wind, but once again with no wind gauge in use her time is not eligible for record and all-time performance lists.
The only faster time in any conditions by a Gloucester County hurdler is a 14.05 by Kingsway’s Jasmine Waddell when she won the 2011 state Group 3 meet in South Plainfield.
