Pennsauken places four girls under 59 in Cinnaminson batch meet 400, with two recording PRs!!!!!!!!

Pennsauken placed four girls under 59 seconds Wednesday in a batch meet at Cinnaminson, with two of them running PRs. All four are now in the 2026 South Jersey top-10.

Sianni Wynn won the race in 54.88, senior Sanaya Dupree was 2nd in 56.44, Rai’ana Rucker ran 58.23 and junior Summer Schaeffer 58.73.

Wynn’s 54.88 was her first open 400 this year and her fastest since she ran 54.06 at the state Group 4 meet this past May in Somerset. It’s fastest in New Jersey this year.

Dupree’s 56.44 is No. 8 this year in New Jersey and No. 2 in South Jersey. Her previous PR was 56.60 this past May in the BCSL meet in South Jersey Group 4 Sectionals on her home track at Pennsauken.

Rucker, primarily an 800 runner, had only run three previous 400s with a PR of 1:02.07 in February at Ocean Breeze. So this was a nearly four-second PR. Her time is 4th in South Jersey this year and fastest among New Jersey sophomores.

And Schaeffer’s 58.73 is an outdoor PR, although she ran slightly faster indoors with a 58.30 at the Ott Center in January while attending Clearview. Her time is 7th-fastest in South Jersey so far this year.

Including Hope Edwards [55.94 indoors], Pennsauken now has five girls under 59 seconds this year.
