Haddonfield boys continue their two-decade winning streak, now own 6th-longest streak in history!!!!!

The Haddonfield boys recorded three dual-meet wins Tuesday, extending their remarkable 22-year-old dual-meet winning streak to 205 consecutive wins.

That’s now believed to be the sixth-longest winning streak in U.S. scholastic XC history and just 39 shy of the South Jersey record set by nearby Paul VI over the 1980 through 2007 seasons:

Haddonfield defeated West Deptford, Audubon and Gateway, all by 15-50 scores, Tuesday over 5,000 meters at West Deptford Park.

Haddonfield’s first seven runners ran between 17:36 and 17:39, and overall the Bulldogs swept the top 10 fastest times of the day.

The top non-Haddonfield finisher was sophomore Brady Shute of Gateway-Woodbury Co-op, who ran 18:00.

West Depford beat Audubon 20-36 and Gateway Co-op 21-36. Audubon defeated Gateway, 24-31.

Haddonfield has seven dual meets remaining this year: Paulsboro, Haddon Heights and Lindenwold on Monday, Haddon Township, Collingswood and Overbrook on Sept. 25 and Sterling on Oct. 2, all at Pennypacker Park
