Timber Creek’s Nyla Jones earned All-America honors Saturday morning with a 6th-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles at NCAA Division 3 Championships in Birmingham.
Jones, who set a Rowan school record of 8.64 in the trials on Friday, ran 8.67 in the final. This is the 2nd All-America performance for Jones, who was 5th in the 400-meter hurdles this past spring at outdoor Nationals in Geneva, Ohio.
