Rider junior Maddie Dischert from Atlantic City is on quite a roll, with PRs in the mile, 3,000 and 5,000 in the last couple weeks and all-time top-10 Rider performances in all three events.
After running 9:53.38 for 3,000 at the Ott Center two weeks ago and 16:59.86 for 5,000 meters in Boston last week, Dischert ran a 4:58.17 mile this weekend at the Armory.
Her PRs before those three races were 10:13.21 at Ocean Breeze in January 2024, 17:45.09 in Boston also in January 2024 and 4:59.54 last month at the Armory.
With her three new PRs, Dischert is now No. 5 in Rider history in the 3,000, No. 3 in the 5,000 and No. 8 in the mile.

She’s now No. 6 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference in the mile, No. 4 in the 3,000 and No. 4 in the 5,000.
The Rider women shoot for their 4th straight team title at the MAAC Championships at the Armory Feb. 21-22.
