With Sianni Wynn anchoring in 23.55, the Pennsauken girls won the 800-meter relay with a big school record Saturday at the South Jersey Coaches Association #2 meet at the Ott center.
Junior Olivia Dupree, senior Amina Dyer and junior Sanaya Dupree ran the first three legs for Pennsauken, which ran 1:42.54 and edged Winslow, which placed 2nd in 1:42.97.
Pennsauken broke its school record of 1:44.80 set last year at the Hispanic Games at the Armory in New York. Their time is 11th-fastest on the all-time Camden County list, 5-100ths out of the top 10 (Winslow’s 1:42.49 from 2013).
Pennsauken actually ran under its outdoor school record of 1:42.88 from last year’s Woodbury Relays, with Wynn, Sanaya and Olivia Dupree and Ameenah Rodriguez.
Freshman Jasmine Jackson, junior Olivia Okaro, sophomore Skyhe Seamon and freshman Leeya Joseph ran for Winslow.
