Rancocas Valley graduate Ian Moore ran the 2nd-fastest 600 in Monmouth history Friday at the Wagner Shootout at Ocean Breeze.
Moore ran 1:20.99 for 600 meters and placed 2nd, 2-100ths of a second behind Alexson Songor of Holy Family.
His time is No. 2 on the all-time Monmouth list behind former NCAA All-America Dylan Capwell, who ran 1:18.80 at the 2017 Wagner Shootout at Ocean Breeze.
Moore’s previous 600 PR was a 1:21.46 at the 2022 Wagner Shootout. Moore has also run 1:50.52 for 800 meters and 2:24.86 for 1,000 meters.
