Huge 3,000 PR moves Northern Burlington’s Keira Mansure up to No. 6 spot on all-time Rider performance list!!!!!!

Keira Mansure of Northern Burlington ran a huge 3,000 PR Friday in Boston and moved into the No. 6 spot on the all-time Rider list.

Mansure ran 9:54.48 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational  at Boston University, trimming nearly half a minute off her previous PR of 10:20.91 from a meet in December at the Armory. Mansure is a sophomore at Rider but this is her first year of indoor track, so she’s a freshman eligibility-wise this winter.

Mansure’s 3,200 PR at Northern was 11:37.21, which is the equivalent of a 10:49.38 for 3,000 meters, so she’s improved nearly a minute since arriving in Lawrenceville.

On the Rider all-time list Mansure is now No. 6 but only three seconds out of the No. 2 spot and about 7 ½ seconds off the school record of 9:46.96 set by Emily Ritter of Sussex Tech of Georgetown, Del., at the 2015 Gotham Cup at the Armory.
