Cherry Hill East girls take 2nd – and first among New Jersey teams – in Varsity A race at Six Flags Invite!!!!!!

The Cherry Hill East girls packed all five scorers between 12th and 21st and rolled to 2nd place in the Varsity A race Saturday at the Six Flags Wild Safari Invitational.

Conestoga High of Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, Pa. – ranked 16th in Pennsylvania – won the team title with 39 points and Cherry Hill East was 2nd with 72, edging North Penn High of Towamencin Township, Montgomery County, Pa., by one point.

Sophomore Shaelea Conway, junior Cate Feudner and sophomore Ella Davidson placed 12th, 13th and 14th in 20:40.8, 20:54.3 and 21:09.5 for Cougars followed closely by sophomore Keira Conway [17th in 21:36.2] and junior Tiffany Guidarelli [21st in 21:47.9].

In an unofficial MileSplit merge from the four varsity races, Cherry Hill East placed 4th among all girls programs with 233 points, behind Conestoga [111], Pearl River, N.Y. [111] and Allentown of New Jersey [204].
