Moorestown senior Brandon Outlaw dipped under the 47-second barrier Friday for the first time, moving into the No. 5 spot in South Jersey history with a 46.82 at the Central Jersey Group 3 meet at Bernards High School.
Outlaw, who hadn’t run a serious 400 yet this spring, broke his PR of 47.60 set at last year’s BCSL meet at Northern Burlington.
